Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before the product has shipped or entered production. If your order is canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To avoid loss or damage, please do not refuse delivery of an e-bike shipment. If you need to initiate a return, accept the package first and contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to arrange pickup when applicable.

Refunds for shipped orders may be subject to shipping cost deductions and will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New, unused, and unassembled

  • Unridden and free from damage or wear

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional materials

Items that have been assembled, ridden, used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers must initiate return shipment within 7 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

All returned items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt. Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements will be refused.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund Responsibility

  • Company responsibility: Full refund issued if the incorrect product was shipped, the item arrived damaged or defective, or damage occurred during outbound shipping.

  • Customer responsibility: Shipping costs will be deducted if the return is due to ordering an incorrect or unwanted product or if return authorization was not obtained.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing information
